Eligibility for Return:
- You may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The USB drive must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in original resellable packaging.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund, minus original shipping cost.
- Return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

Damaged / Defective Item:
- If the item arrives broken, damaged or defective, we offer free replacement or full refund, no extra cost for you.

Final Sale:
Opened, used or personalized USB drives with music content are NOT eligible for return or refund, due to digital copyrighted content nature.
